Participation
The competition takes place from 25.9. – 30.11.2023.
Anyone aged 18 or over and resident in Switzerland is eligible to enter. Participation in the competition is free of charge. Only one entry is allowed per person. Sanitas employees are excluded from participation. The closing date for entries is 30.11.2023.
Prizes
Sanitas is giving away an iPhone 15Pro, 256GB. Sanitas is deemed to have fulfilled all contractual obligations on delivery of the price to the winner.
Prize draw
The draw will take place in December behind closed doors. The winner will be notified in person.
Data privacy
Sanitas will not disclose data collected in conjunction with the competition to third parties nor make it available to them for their use. Sanitas undertakes to treat any data collected in conjunction with the organisation of the competition with care and to manage it in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations. On entering the competition, participants expressly agree that their data may be stored and used by Sanitas for its own marketing purposes. “Marketing purposes” means that Sanitas may contact participants in writing (by post or email) or by phone to provide them with further information about competitions and Sanitas’s own products. Participants can withdraw their consent to the use of their personal data and contact for marketing purposes at any time (by sending an email to their customer advisor or writing to Sanitas Grundversicherungen AG, Jägergasse 3, 8004 Zurich)
Further provisions
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition, except with the winner. Participants are required to provide truthful personal details. Sanitas is entitled to exclude from the competition participants using a pseudonym or false identity and participants entering multiple times. To verify the information provided in an entry, Sanitas is entitled at any time to require participants to confirm their identity.
Furthermore, Sanitas reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if they are suspected of having or found to have abused and/or violated these terms of participation, or on other solid grounds.
Sanitas is entitled at any time to modify the competition system or, if there are solid grounds for doing so, to suspend, abandon or prematurely end the competition.
The company’s decision is final.
On entering the competition, the participant accepts the competition terms of participation.
